overview :

QG-01 Rubber diaphragms for brake chamber in automobiles lifetime test device is according to HG2950-1999 standard (Appendix A) research and production. Product life test device using piano type operating platform, the built-in body structure, use gas, electricity  combination of life testing, control by PC and PLC for communication , real-time data acquisition, display, setting and control. The gas chamber of the crankshaft is driven by gas electric conversion, and the air pressure drop value of the sample under a certain pressure to determine whether the product life of the sample is in line with the standard. The product life testing apparatus is in accordance with rubber diaphragms for brake chamber in automobiles lifetime test method  in the HG2950-1999 standard (Appendix A).
